This confidential retail client is a national distributor of convenience store products to 4,000+ independent convenience stores and 6,000+ chain stores in 26 states.

Founded in 2015, this confidential retail client, had quickly outgrown its first two locations. They hired The Design Collaborative, a local design firm, to help them create an aesthetic for their new headquarters and warehouse facility.

Two things the client was clear on from the beginning: The client wanted a high-end, luxury experience, and they were impressed by Sunon’s furniture.

The company owners first fell in love with the Aulenti desk while visiting the Mercedes showroom in Dubai. The design firm incorporated the luxe wood series into executive offices and conference rooms, then complemented it with Sunon lounge furniture, tables and storage throughout the rest of the building.

The new location includes a customer lounge to provide an elevated shopping experience, where customers can select items to view, then relax in comfort while robots bring those items from the adjoining warehouse. TDC furnished this with Sunon lounge pieces like the UC chair and the Flower 6 lounge.

This was the first time the Alabama-based design firm had specified Sunon furniture. They appreciated the effort and assistance provided by the customer service team throughout ordering, shipment and installation.
