Sunon and our NE Dealer Partner spent years building a foundation of trust and confidence with key stakeholders at one of the country’s largest Real Estate Companies. This confidential Real Estate Client manages 80% of the residential and real estate transactions in the United States, with over 600 locations and 7 in-house banking brands.
As a large, geographically dispersed organization this Client had several unique requirements:
- A Manufacturing partner with a very large product offering from ergonomic task seating, desking and benching systems, panels and a wide range of ancillary products including lounge seating, guest and side seating and occasional tables
- Ability to create and maintain a Standards and Guidelines Program. The Standards and Guidelines Program had to allow consistency across the organization while also providing some flexibility and customization based on the 7 different banking brands in different geographic locations, with hybrid employees and a diverse Customer base.
- High expectations of service and streamlined communication with direct points of contact at Sunon in product specification, design, logistics and customer service
- Scalable pricing structure that adheres to the Client’s expectations
In order to address these needs, Sunon and our NE Dealer Partner had to establish and build relationships with Leadership at all 7 different Banking Brands. Sunon’s capability to create a Standards and Guidelines Program means that we are uniquely qualified to handle clients and projects of this scale and size. With each location that is successfully completed, the Client’s positive feedback has allowed Sunon to be involved with expanding their transition to Sunon products and services at all locations.
